Work experience
Has more than twenty years in professional practice, legally advising private firms in the commercial sector in the constitution of commercial companies, advising directors, shareholder meetings, both in ordinary and extraordinary meetings. He provided advice to national and international companies on the defense strategy of intangible assets as well as trademark opposition processes, expiration of distinctive signs, Andean oppositions, patents, administrative resources, administrative litigation and constitutional actions. He also provided legal advice to companies in the telecommunications sector in the defense of their regulatory rights in administrative, arbitral, constitutional and judicial instances. He provided legal advice to different companies on intellectual property law, competition law and human rights before the Nicosia District Court – Cyprus.
